1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by RK77, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately upon account registration.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") and rk77 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.

Rk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable rules.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use rk77's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not being prohibited by local or international law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Not an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of RK77 or any of its affiliated companies.
• Register in a personal capacity only and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

Rk77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the rk77 platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and wins.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including full name, date of birth, email address, and active phone number.
• Create a strong, unique password for your RK77 account — you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password.
• Agree to notify RK77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your account information up to date should there be any changes to your registered personal details.

Rk77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs through your account is entirely your own responsibility.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Rk77 supports a variety of deposit methods including online bank transfers to all major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and AmBank. All deposits are processed in real time and your account balance will be updated instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the member's own name — transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Members must complete the full identity verification process before their first withdrawal request can be approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days; VIP members enjoy express processing within 15 minutes.
• Rk77 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as an anti-money laundering precaution.

Rk77 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond rk77's control. All financial transactions on our platform are fully encrypted to ensure the security of your financial data.

5Bonus & Promotions

Rk77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal platform members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion details.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses are subject to the stated rollover requirements — bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first fulfilling the rollover conditions.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members registering for the first time and making their first deposit only.
• Each promotion has a different validity period — unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• Rk77 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit promotional offers.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Rk77 reserves the right to decline or void any bonus request if a member is found to have breached any of the stipulated conditions. rk77's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6Game Rules

All games available on the rk77 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and free from any form of manipulation.

Members agree to comply with the following rules when playing on RK77:

• Play fairly and do not use any unauthorised software, scripts, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not colluding with other players to exploit the game system or obtain wins unlawfully.
• Not attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the technical systems of the rk77 platform in any way.
• Accept that RNG outcomes are final and cannot be disputed on the sole basis of "bad luck".

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, rk77 will use server records to determine the state of the game at the time of the disruption. Decisions made based on these records are final. rk77 is not liable for any losses arising from disruptions to the member's internet connection.

7Acceptable Member Conduct

Rk77 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable platform environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited across all areas of the platform, including live chat, game reviews, and interactions with the support team:

• Use of offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward any user or rk77 staff.
• Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about the RK77 platform or any other party.
• Any form of fraud, identity falsification, or attempt to deceive the platform's systems.
• Using your RK77 account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Making false claims or unsubstantiated legal threats against RK77 or its staff.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach. RK77 reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals who commit fraud or criminal activity through our platform.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the RK77 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Rk77 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Confirmation that a member has provided false or misleading information during registration.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Holding multiple accounts in breach of the one-account-per-individual policy.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.

9RK77 Liability Limits

Rk77 provides its online gambling platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or delays. While we strive to ensure smooth platform operations 24 hours a day, any disruptions arising from factors beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rk77 is not liable for:

• Any monetary losses or unrealized profits resulting from technical disruptions or temporary platform downtime.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of or inability to use rk77's services.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party links or services that may be associated with the platform.

RK77's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total actual deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Rk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in situations requiring immediate changes for security or legal compliance reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where rk77 operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any formal legal action is taken.

The Bahasa Malaysia version of this Terms and Conditions document is the official version applicable to all members using the rk77 platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the original, the version used in the platform's daily operations shall prevail.
